    This was my starting point. I was very skinny, and people around me used to say I didn’t have the genetics to transform. I started believing it, and that created a lot of doubt.When I began training, I felt insecure and shy. I even wore a hoodie in the gym because I was embarrassed of my body. But I stayed consistent. This journey taught me that genetics don’t decide your results — consistency does.

  • 📝 Year 1 — The first changes

    By the first year, things started to change. I was no longer the extremely skinny guy hiding in a hoodie. My body began to look stronger, more defined. The progress was visible, but the biggest change wasn’t just physical.

    Mentally, I was different. I stopped caring about what people thought. I started training with purpose, not insecurity. The gym was no longer a place of doubt, it became a place of growth.

  • 🔥 Year 2 – The Turning Point

    This was the year everything changed. Physically, it was a big step forward, but also the hardest year. The beginner gains were over, and progress didn’t come just from training anymore. This was when diet became serious.
    Eating enough calories to grow wasn’t easy. I had to push myself beyond my comfort zone. It wasn’t just training, it became strategy. This is where discipline replaced motivation and real muscle started to build.

  • 🌅 Year 3 – The Confidence Phase

    Year 3 was different. The hard work started to show clearly. My physique looked stronger, fuller, and more defined. I wasn’t just gaining size, I was building shape and structure. But the biggest change was mental. I no longer trained to prove something to others. I trained because I loved the process. The insecurity that once held me back was gone.

    This is when training became part of who I am.

  • Year 4 – The Evolution Phase

    Year 4 was the calmest year. The foundation was already built. My physique was solid, defined, and structured. This wasn’t about rapid change anymore, t was about direction. This was the year I had to decide how I wanted to shape my body. Grow even more muscle, or make it more functional and adaptable to other sports. I chose to explore. To challenge myself in different ways. To take my physique beyond just aesthetics. Year four wasn’t about proving anything, it was about evolving.
